Right-wing media indeed

I can't believe it when I hear Liberals ( it's OK to call them that now that George Clooney has come out of the political closet) claim to believe that the media has a conservative bias. Are they kidding or just that deluded? Talk about Kool-Aid drinkers! It won't be true no matter how many times you say it. If you can watch the nightly news or anything on CNN, read the daily papers, leaf through almost any current magazine and really believe that the media, with the exception of talk radio, has ANY kind of right-wing slant then you better check yourself for lime breath and a green moustache. This theory can be proved false very easily on any given day simply by looking at what is covered or NOT covered by the media. For example, did you hear about Ruth Bader Ginsburg falling asleep during recent Supreme Court testimony? Of course not. Do you think this would have had some media mention if Clarence Thomas would have nodded off? What about Alita or Roberts? Point made.

  • Please Reverend Jones; pass the pitcher and tell about the vast right wing conspiracy again.

  • I hear this all the time too! Where would anyone get such an idea and how could you possibly hope to support such a claim? I think you're right, the left believes if they make any allegation long and loud enough it will have "legs". The interesting part of this is the position it puts the media in. Do they or should they deny it?
